The only pairing I support from Kuroshitsuji (at this point 'cause I haven't finished yet XD)

...........I have yet to figure out whether or not they're cousins, I am SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO confused...........

EDIT: I have the answer now, thank you~ they are indeed cousins...this is going to be the only incestuous pairing I'll ever support but considering it was set in the 1800s it wasn't really that weird~

Same here and I only support it because of the time period it's set in (considering it was normal back then and it's just so darned cute XD)

They are first cousins who are engaged, which was not uncommon considering the time period in which the manga takes place. So yes, it's an incestuous pairing, but they love care for each other so much, it confuses the watcher. And what's even more, it's almost surprising with Ciel's new cold attitude towards almost everyone he knows, that he calls her Lizzy or even Liz instead of cousin.
Basically, Lizzy's mother is Ciel's father's younger sister.
Simpler terms: Vincent is Frances older brother.
