One of the main characters for mine and my sister's manga, the demon prince Kamau.
I love him~ although he isn't my favorite character (I'll upload more later). His necklace is his symbol of power, he can only go a few feet away from his throne otherwise he gets painfully yanked back by a normally nearly-invisible chain (which can be troublesome), he has the eye of the fates (which is why his right eye is covered), he's 17, and according to my sister's friend he looks like a slut (he wears hooker boots and bright red booty shorts so she isn't too far off the mark). XD
Despite what I'm sure will be popular belief when we write this—no, he is not gay. Best to get that out of the way now. XD
EDIT: He needed a new outfit 'cause this one was too much like another character's...sooooo, let me know which one you like best! I'll draw a new pic of him in his new outfit in a few days~

I kinda like the "a ruler is a slave to his/her country" concept being taken so literally.
